Bill contends that Joe Biden is the second worst President in the history of the United States, only to James Buchanan.

But Ol' Joe may have the lead when it comes to delusion.

The National Guard has been put in New York City subways to combat crime.  Innocent Americans, and immigrants, are falling victim to criminal enterprises walking through an unregulated border.

But, the President has a speech to make and the only ones who can help him get the American people back behind him are five actors who once held his role on the big screen.

How do you fix the border?  Geena Davis could have the answer.

Stop crime?  Morgan Freeman  may know, he once helped the world recover after a meteorite hit earth in fantasy land.

It makes you wonder if the White House is a serious place.
