O’Reilly on Border Wall Funding, More Chicago Violence

The House has approved $1.6 billion in funding for parts President Trump’s border wall, which Bill O’Reilly called a good start even though it did not seem to be the most efficient use of money.

“You're getting ... about 75 miles worth of border fence, but at least it's going,” Bill said.

Bill also discussed the outrageous violence problem in Chicago, where this weekend 28 individuals were shot, including a four-year-old boy.

Bill believes local officials aren’t solving the Chicago gun problem because the victims are mostly black and Hispanic.

“You want racism in America? That's racism in America,” Bill said.

Bill said he will report on the shootings in Chicago every Monday going forward even though "nobody does anything about it."
