On Super Bowl Sunday during the pregame show at approximately 4:30 Eastern Time I will be interviewing the President of the United States live.

So whatever happens -- happens. This is the ultimate journalistic high wire. This is the third time I'll be talking with Mr. Obama. And a replay of the Super Bowl interview three years ago.

O'REILLY: Do you deny that you are a man who wants to redistribute wealth?

OBAMA: Absolutely.

O'REILLY: You deny that?

OBAMA: Absolutely. Bill, I didn't raise taxes once. I lowered taxes over the last two years.

O'REILLY: But the entitlements that you champion.

OBAMA: I lowered taxes for the last two years.

O'REILLY: But the entitlements that you champion do redistribute wealth in a sense that they provide insurance coverage for 40 million people that don't have it?

OBAMA: What is absolutely true is I think in this country there is no reason why if you get sick you should go bankrupt.

O'REILLY: Now, a short live interview is exceedingly difficult because both the President and I get a little windy on occasion. I think we will all agree with that. After the live shot, I will have a little bit more time with the President on tape, and I think we are going to have a very informative interview.

In fact I know we will. Along those lines, I'm going to ask the question the President -- I'm going to ask the President one question that comes from you. We'll tell you more about that in a few moments.

Now, President Obama is clearly under fire. New FNC poll says the majority of Americans disapprove of his key policies. On the economy, 38 percent approve, 59 percent disapprove. On the deficit, 28 percent approve, a whopping 66 percent disapprove. Healthcare, 38 percent thumbs up, 59 percent down. Immigration 36 percent approve, 54 percent disapprove. Iran, 35 percent approve of the President's policies towards that country, 53 percent disapprove. Overall, 53 percent of Americans now disapprove of the President's job performance; 52 percent approve.

But that's up one point since December. There is another poll out, this one from the Associated Press which says as Barack Obama enters his sixth year in office just 31 percent of Americans believe he has been an above average president. So clearly, we have a lot to talk about in the Super Bowl interview.

On a personal note, the President told me man-to-man in December that he would do the interview and he has kept his word. I saw him at the Kennedy Center celebration. He doesn't have to do the interview. He knows it's going to be a tough one. And he is coming in anyway. So we're happy about that.
