Blatant Leftist Bias

The conservative Media Research Center, usually methodical with facts, reports that 87 percent of network news coverage this election cycle has been negative to Republicans.

Surprised?  Not unless you just arrived from Honduras.

But the blatant leftist bias demonstrated by most TV News operations is not what it used to be.  Let me rephrase.  The bias is worse than ever, but far fewer Americans are paying attention.

Incredibly, the three cable news operations were all down in the ratings from a year ago.  This is despite the scorching midterm campaigns.  They should be at record-high viewership.

The decline is because most news presentations are now boring, predictable, and lazy.  The toughest question is often, "what do you make of that?"  In general, television news is tiring, the presenters are terrified of saying the "wrong" thing.

With information pouring out of your cell phone, why sit and watch "The Drowsy Factor?"

Few Americans under the age of 60 do.

So, yes, the corporate media is allied with the Democrats.  But come November 8, it won't matter.

Our midterm coverage, lively and smart, continues this evening on the No Spin News.
