Crash & Burn

Plans often crash and burn, and most folks don't know how to handle that. Look at the New York Mets and San Diego Padres. Management is paying the players hundreds of millions of dollars, and their seasons are bankrupt. Doesn't matter why. It happened; now what?

Joe Biden and Donald Trump are both in the "c and b" zone. It may be unfair. Both deserve a presumption of innocence. But they won't get it, not in 2023 America, where the corrupt, money-grabbing media has destroyed due process.

Therefore, here's what both should do IF neither committed crimes. The President should say he regrets using his power to enrich his family, which he absolutely did. So, admit it and say you're sorry.

The former President should say he regrets not responding to the National Archives document request with urgency. He obviously did not take the security situation seriously enough. So, admit it and say you're sorry.

The unknown here is whether Mr. Biden accepted gratuities from his son and brother in any form. If he did, he should resign.

As for Mr. Trump, the allegation is he knew he lost to Biden but contrived to hold power anyway. If that's true - and I don't think it is - he should stop his campaign.

Crashing and burning is the worst. It's not easy to mitigate. But honesty is the eventual way out.

See you this evening for the No Spin News.
