Citing an “unprecedented crisis,” Greg Abbott, the Governor of Texas, says his state will build a border wall. There’s more than a bit of politics in that announcement as Abbot believes President Biden’s policies in general are harmful to Texas and the country. But if you step back and ask one simple question things become clear.

Who, exactly, is being helped by Biden’s chaotic border strategy? Name one group?

You can’t. Everyone is suffering including poor migrants who are abused by vicious criminals south of the border.

According to the Constitution, the federal government has sole authority in immigration matters.  So, Abbott’s vision will be immediately challenged by the open border ACLU which will bring legal action in federal court.

But yet another message has been sent: President Biden’s immigration policies are badly damaging both individuals and the nation.

No question.
