Guardian: The Republican-dominated House of Representatives is almost certain to vote tomorrow to repeal Barack Obama's healthcare reform, the first move in a long-term strategy aimed at undermining the president's key legislation. The vote will be largely symbolic because the Senate, which the Democratic party still controls, will not support repeal and, even if it did, Obama could use his presidential veto.
