The Factor has criticized JetBlue for sponsoring the YearlyKos convention, an offshoot of left-wing site Daily Kos. Now JetBlue has changed its position.

JetBlue does have a long history of supporting troops overseas. Here are just a few examples of things the company has done in support of the U.S. military, and citations the company has received for its support:
  • Recognized by the Department of Defense's Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) for supporting JetBlue's crewmembers who serve in the Reserves and Guard
  • Multiple $10,000 contributions and tickets donated to Fisher House, the Ronald McDonald House equivalent for the Air Force
  • Travel provided to on-duty soldiers
  • 9/11 Memorial Golf Outing charity event sponsorship
  • Multi-year sponsorship of the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C.
  • Support of the New York Says Thank You Foundation
  • ...and more
