Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell got fired up on the Senate floor this week as Democrats throw around the idea of ending the filibuster. 

If that happens, a bunch of crazy stuff is going to pass. But serious legislation should require some support from the opposing party.    

Without the filibuster, McConnell promises to defund Planned Parenthood and sanctuary cities when the GOP comes into power again.
