On March 22, 2016, ISIS terrorists launched another vicious attack in Europe - this time killing at least 31 and wounding over 300 in suicide attacks in Brussels, Belgium.   World powers seemingly have no answers for how to combat ISIS, which is now clearly the world's most powerful terror organization.

Where exactly did ISIS come from and what motivates these savage killers?

In this Special Feature, war correspondent Michael Ware shares his insights after witnessing firsthand ISIS's rise in Iraq.  Ware lived in Iraq for seven straight years, where he saw ISIS assassins ravage the country with suicide bombs and videotaped beheadings aimed at terrorizing the entire world.  Ware documents his Iraq experiences in a new film called  "Only the Dead See the End of War," which debuts on HBO and HBO GO on March 28.
