Here's how bad things are for President Biden. His administration has dropped negotiations with migrant lawyers who want money for separated families.

The situation began when the ACLU sued the federal government on behalf of foreign nationals who entered the USA illegally and were separated by the border patrol from their kids. The ACLU is demanding billions in settlement money.

At first, the Biden people were sympathetic and that's where the $450,000 payment story came from. But Joe Biden himself knocked that down.

Now, the border situation is so bad, the migrant lawyers are demanding far more than $450K per family. Mr. Biden knows paying that would doom his administration with the voters so he's walking away, and litigation will commence.

It is all coming apart for Joe B. And even he might know it.
