Thousands of people are protesting across Europe due to restrictive lockdowns.  Unlike the United States, which is beginning to open its economy back up thanks to the vaccine, Europe remains shutdown.

Why do we have a plan and the EU doesn't? It's because of capitalism. We had the money to give to companies to make the vaccine and those companies wanted to make the billions, so they developed it. The EU, that's socialism. They don't have the money to do it, so they can't do it.
