Bill laments the continuing decline of San Francisco, once one of America's most beautiful cities and most desirable places to live.  According to one new poll, nearly half of San Franciscans plan to leave the city in the next few years, while 70% say the quality of life has declined.  Bill's conclusion:  'This is what happens when you put progressive leftists in charge.'
