A proposal that would split the state of California into three separate states has become eligible to appear on the state's ballots in November. California would be split into California, Northern California and Southern California, if the proposal were to pass. However, the chances of this passing are slim because the left, which makes up the majority of the state, wants all of the electoral votes that they can get.
