It took far too long but it looks like Kate's Law will be voted on in the House tomorrow.  The last time around, the Senate tied Kate's Law to other immigration reforms and it was defeated.

It is a measure of just how insane our political system has become when a person in Congress could oppose a law that would impose harsh prison terms, up to ten years, on illegal aliens who are convicted of serious crimes in this country, are deported, then re-enter  illegally again.

Kate Steinle was just 32 years old when she was murdered, allegedly by such a person - a dope dealer who had been deported to Mexico six times.

But some still oppose harshly punishing violent aliens despite the horror they have wrecked.

Any politician opposing Kate's Law is not worthy to hold office.  Period.  We'll have more analysis on tonight's No Spin News.
