| The proposed spending bill is just awaiting President Trump's signature to keep the government open through September. The question on everyone's minds is will the President sign the bill even without the total amount he requested for a border wall. According to trusted sources, Mr. Trump will be signing the spending bill but he will be taking another action as soon as his pen leaves the paper. |
