It has been made clear by those in Washington that the Republicans support liability protections for companies that begin to open during the pandemic because if you don’t, you’ll damage the economy once again. Of course, the Democrats do not want any protections for these companies but guess who does it in New York State? Governor Andrew Cuomo—but he doesn’t say a thing about it, just slips it in the budget bill and the media simply ignores it.
