Leak-y Issues

There are three primary places where leaks are coming from that influence the country and influence your life. These leaks are coming from the White House, Mueller and Congressional Committees. The leaks coming from the White House are primarily coming from the communications department which Trump is reorganizing. The third leak source is congressional committees.

White House:

The White House has denied a New York Times report claiming that a lawyer for President Trump raised the prospect of pardoning former advisers Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort as the FBI special counsel was building cases against them. Second leak, Robert Muller’s office, they’re letting all sort of information out.

The Times reported Wednesday that John Dowd, who resigned last week, raised the subject with their respective lawyers last year because Trump’s team was concerned about what they might reveal to FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller as part of a deal.

The Times reported: “A lawyer for President Trump broached the idea of Mr. Trump’s pardoning two of his former top advisers, Michael T. Flynn and Paul Manafort, with their lawyers last year, according to three people with knowledge of the discussions.” However, “people with knowledge” could be anybody, but the press runs with it.

Dowd, who announced his resignation last week, denied the claims to the Times: “There were no discussions. Period.”

Mueller Investigation:

CNN is reporting that “Trump's lawyers and Mueller's team are in the midst of negations over what topics an interview with the President could focus on. According to two sources, Mueller's team would like to discuss Trump's actions surrounding the firings of FBI Director James Comey and national security adviser Michael Flynn and his role in crafting a statement aboard Air Force One about his son's June 2016 meeting with Russian operatives.”

Sure, those are questions that anybody would want to ask, but who are these sources? The sources had to come from Mueller’s office.

CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES: Obama White House and the FBI

Newly uncovered text messages between FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page suggest a possible coordination between high-ranking officials at the Obama White House, CIA, FBI, Justice Department and former Senate Democratic leadership in the early stages of the investigation.”

Now that had to come from a Republican congressman or somebody in his or her office. Newly uncovered text messages that were given to selected congress people on committees. How did they get access to them?

So now it’s clear to see that leaks are out of control. What these leaks do is create confusion among the American people. So you don’t know what is true and what isn’t. However, it’s being used as truth by the hate Trump media.

Comey Book Tour – Will the Book Say Trump Obstructed Justice?

Former FBI Director James Comey has made a $2 million deal for his book, A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership. Comey is embarking on a 10-city book tour for the book’s release date on April 17th. The book was originally set out to be released on May 1st, but according to Flatiron Books, there was an extremely high demand to hear Comey’s story as the FBI came under intense scrutiny during the Russia investigation, so the release date of the book has been moved up.

Axios reported Friday that Comey is set to push back against attacks on the FBI, which President Trump and some congressional Republicans have accused of working to undermine the president. The publisher's announcement says James Comey will "explore what good, ethical leadership looks like and how it drives sound decisions."

The publisher goes on to say that Comey is "using examples from some of the highest-stakes situations in the past two decades of American government, Comey will share yet-unheard anecdotes from his long and distinguished career.”

Hogg v. Ingraham

In an interview on Tuesday with TMZ, David Hogg spoke about receiving rejection letters from California colleges (UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, UC San Diego), and in doing so sparked derision from Fox News’s Laura Ingraham. During the TMZ interview, Hogg expressed disappointment about the rejections, but said it has been difficult to focus on college lately.

Hogg told TMZ, “It’s not been too great for me and some of the other members of the movement,” he said. “If colleges want to support us in that, great, if they don’t it doesn’t matter, we’re still going to change the world.”

On Wednesday, Laura Ingraham retweeted an article from the right-wing news site, Daily Wire, about Hogg’s college prospects, however, it also appeared to make light of his rejections. Ingraham wrote on Twitter, “David Hogg Rejected By Four Colleges To Which He Applied and whines about it. (Dinged by UCLA with a 4.1 GPA...totally predictable given acceptance rates.)”

Hogg responded to Laura Ingraham’s tweet, asking Ingraham to identify her biggest advertisers and taking immediate action to start a boycott against the companies that support her. In a less than an hour, Hogg had compiled a list of Ingraham’s top 12 advertisers, which he then tweeted to his hundreds of thousands of followers, telling them to contact the businesses. Hogg also tweeted directly at the businesses, asking if they will continue their support of the Fox News host.

Ingraham responded in a tweet today saying, “Any student should be proud of a 4.2 GPA —incl. @DavidHogg111. On reflection, in the spirit of Holy Week, I apologize for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the brave victims of Parkland. For the record, I believe my show was the first to feature David immediately after that horrific shooting and even noted how "poised" he was given the tragedy. As always, he’s welcome to return to the show anytime for a productive discussion.”

Trump Kids Jab Jeb After Bush Says His Children 'Actually Love Me'

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush gave a lecture on Tuesday at The William F. Buckley, Jr. Program at Yale. The lecture was titled “A Conversation with Jeb Bush: Restoring Conservatism in America.” The lecture and questions that followed focused on the state of American politics and how the younger generation can create a reinvigorated conservative movement.

The Yale Daily News (the campus paper) originally reported that Jeb Bush said in the lecture that Bush took a swipe at President Trump, saying he goes home every day to children “who actually love me.” When in fact, Trump’s name was never mentioned. The paper went on to report that the comment was met with “raucous laughter from the crowd” and several audience members said they “interpreted Bush’s comment as a jab at Trump.”

What Bush actually said was, “that after the 2016 Republican primary in South Carolina, he returned home to children who actually love me.”

BillOReilly.com asked the Office of Jeb Bush for a response and this is what they said, “Governor Bush's comments are unrelated to the Trump family and do not reference the President or his family. On background, the Trump sons are essentially responding to comments that had nothing to do with them. The Yale Daily News, which was the source of the reporting, issued a correction. A previous version of this article stated that Bush’s comment that he ‘went home to my children that actually love me’ was meant as a jab at President Donald Trump. In fact, Bush did not directly refer to Trump — but he was speaking about his loss in the 2016 South Carolina Republican presidential primary, which Trump won.”

Trump Congratulates Roseanne on Her TV Ratings

The debut of the reboot “Roseanne” aired on ABC on Tuesday March 27, 2018. "Roseanne" returned after more than two decades after the original ended its hit run. The hour-long debut episode was watched by 10 percent more viewers than saw the May 1997 finale of ABC's original "Roseanne." The two-episode premier of the show reached an estimate of 18.4 million viewers.

On the show, Roseanne plays a Trump supporter, and she also has been vocal about her support for the President off screen.

The top TV markets where Roseanne delivered its highest ratings were in states handily carried by Trump in the election. Number 1 was Tulsa in Oklahoma, which Trump won with 65.3% of the vote, followed by Cincinnati, Ohio and Kansas City, Missouri.

Roseanne delivered the highest demo rating for any comedy telecast in 3 1/2 years, since the fall 2014 season premiere of The Big Bang Theory.

On Wednesday, President Trump called Roseanne Barr to congratulate her on the success of the show. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed the call. The New York Times cited a source who said Trump was “enthralled” with “Roseanne’s” “huge” ratings, and the President also thanked Roseanne Barr for her support.

“We just kind of had a private conversation but we talked about a lot of things and he’s just happy for me,” Barr later told ABC’s “Good Morning America" of the call. “I’ve known him for many years and he’s done a lot of nice things for me over the years. And it was just a friendly conversation about working, and television, and ratings,” she said.

Holy Cross Theology Professor Says Jesus Was a ‘Drag King’ with ‘Queer Desires’

A student at a Jesuit-run Catholic college, Elinor Reilly, is exposing a theology professor's “unconventional approach to gender, sexuality, and race in the biblical texts” — and it's certainly eye-opening. Tat-Siong Benny Liew is a professor at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and in a writing Liew reportedly believes, based on the gospel of John, Jesus was not only “king of the Jews” and the “king of Israel,” but also a “drag king.”

Liew, in his 2009 book, “They Were All Together in One Place?: Toward Minority Biblical Criticism,” extrapolates from John 13, when Jesus washed his disciples' feet, that the Son of God was “appearing as a drag-kingly bride in his passion.”

The professor described the biblical account as a “literary striptease,” “seductive,” and suggested John wasn't sure if Jesus was “biologically male”:

Liew also eroticized the Trinity, suggesting the holy relationship between Jesus, the Son, and God, the Father, was in some way sexual. He made his convoluted point through John 14:6, in which Jesus said, “No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Freedom of speech allows this professor to make these outrageous statements. However, the President of Holy Cross vehemently disagrees with Liew’s views that he was a ‘drag king.’

These liberal colleges are being scorned and humiliated, it’s embarrassing to the students, the college and the United States and it needs to stop.
