NSN- OCT. 31- HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Take your country back -- it's the motto of BillOReilly.com

We run down the House Republicans plan to overhaul the tax plan, PC madness over Halloween costumes, Kate Steinle Update and more!

"TAKE YOUR COUNTRY BACK"

I want to explain why "Take your country back" has become the BillOReilly.com motto. This country is undergoing a social civil war and the forces that want to change the country are gaining, even though that shouldn't be the case with a more conservative president, Donald Trump, in the White House. But, remember the 8 years that Barack Obama was in the White House and the forces of secular progressivism made some in roads, but they weren't on the attack as they are now. So things are reaching a critical area and all Americans have got to get involved, not just the PC nuts.

This tax cut legislation is a perfect example of our new slogan because people in DC as well as your home state are looking to make deals, they're not looking out for you.

Republicans prepare to unveil tax bill tomorrow

The corporate tax cut which will be 35%-20% will roll out over a number of years. Which means they won't drop it 15 points in a year, it'll drop 5, then maybe 3, then 4. However, the personal rate will drop, but we still don't know what the earning thresholds will be, that will be released tomorrow. It will be a sure bet that people making a lot of money will pay more taxes to the federal government. The state and local tax issue will go away because there are too many states like California and New York where we have an insane tax rate and instead of being provided nice roads we get four-hour traffic jams. It will be easy for these tax cuts to pass in the House and I believe they will also be passed in the Senate. Then, I also think you can swing over 2 or 3 Democrats to go along with this bill.

If you're wondering what the big story of the day is, this is it!

Fusion GPS payments looked for dirt on Donald Trump when he was running for president. That's the BIG story! Forget about Uranium One, it's a good story, but you're never going to nail any high-level people for it. You just can't. With Fusion GPS, you can pinpoint who is to blame. President Donald Trump claimed in a Monday morning tweetstorm that Barack Obama's campaign organization paid almost $1 million to the firm that produced the infamous Trump dossier. Trump was likely referencing a report out Sunday by right-leaning outlet The Federalist, which surfaced Federal Election Commission (FEC) records showing that Obama for America gave a combined $972,000 to Perkins Coie between April 2016 and August 2017. Obama wasn't running for office or anything at that time so why give them that money? Pay them a million bucks for what?

Axios Poll: 51% Think Russian Allegations Are a Serious Issue

More than half of Americans polled think that the Russian allegations against Paul Manafort are a serious issue.

Manafort faces 12 counts that deal largely with activities from 2006 to 2015, before Manafort joined the campaign in March 2016. However, Manafort is charged with conspiring with others to knowingly and intentionally defraud and commit crimes against the U.S. from 2006 to this year.

Further, 54 percent of those surveyed take seriously allegations that Russia used social media to target groups of Americans, and believe investigations should take place, according to the survey.

Kate Steinle Update

John Evans, a San Francisco police firearms specialist, testified Monday that 32- year-old Kate Steinle’s shooter, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate aka Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez, aimed the barrel of a gun in her direction and pulled the trigger, casting doubt on claims that the highly contentious killing was accidental.

The retired inspector said that the bullet traveled in a straight line from the barrel of the gun to Steinle’s back despite skipping off the ground of Pier 14, leaving a divot in the concrete.

Pier 14 is located in what is known as the Embarcadero section of San Francisco. Investigators also did not know where Steinle was standing but approximated her position from the blood stain and clothing she left behind.

That means for Gonzalez that the bullet could have ricocheted in another direction than it left the barrel as opposed to the straight line that Evans drew between the general area where Sanchez was seated and Steinle was standing.

The lawyers for Sanchez say this is an accident that he shot Kate Steinle. However, here's my question, if Sanchez stole a gun, then went to the Embarcadero, had his finger on the trigger of the gun and pulled it. That's an accident?

Crazy professors strike again this time taking aim at the "white nuclear family"

Jessie Daniels, PhD, a Professor of Sociology at Hunter College and at The Graduate Center, CUNY (Sociology and Critical Social Psychology), made the controversial claim Wednesday on Twitter. Daniels allegedly posted the following tweets on Oct. 25.

Her Twitter account was not accessible Monday, but a screenshot allegedly of the tweets in question and others were preserved.

The professor began her argument saying she learned that “the white-nuclear family is one of the most powerful forces supporting white supremacy,” adding that that families “reproducing white children” are “part of the problem” as they facilitate white supremacy in the country, Campus Reform reported (this tweet has since been deleted).

She went on to tweet: “I mean, if you’re a white person who says they’re engaged in dismantling white supremacy but … you’re forming a white family (and) reproducing white children that ‘you want the best for’ – how is that helping [and] not part of the problem?" She ended her argument suggesting that “white people” should confront their racism and stop perpetuating inequality by leaving their homes for their children.

“Until white people are ready to confront their own family's racism (and) participation in systemic white supremacy, it's not getting dismantled,” she wrote. “Beyond just calling out interpersonal racism, white people who want to be engaged in the work need to ask themselves about housing wealth.”

Alright, so according to this woman, the white family is a racial persecutor or perpetrator of racism if they have children. However, even if they don't have children, but they have a house or wealth and give that to other white people, then they're contributing to white supremacy. It's open season on white Americans. Now, I agree it's harder to be an African American in this country without a doubt, but Barack Obama proved that in the US an African American man can become president.

Halloween, used to be fun, right? Used to be fun.

A liberal blogger says you cannot allow your child to dress up as Queen Elsa from the Disney movie Frozen. So, if you're Queen Elsa, you'll be arrested or something. OK, why? Because if you allow your daughter, your little daughter to go as Queen Elsa from Frozen, this is reinforcing the notion that white beauty is supreme. I guess you could have your daughter go as Beyoncé. She's a beautiful woman, is she not? But you can't be Queen Elsa.

Ohio State University has a magazine on campus that has a flow chart designed to help students determine whether their Halloween costume is racist. So, if you're a student at Ohio State you are not smart enough to know whether your costume is racist or not. You have to have a flowchart from a dopey magazine to tell you. I'll just give you one example. If you dress like Prince, the late singer Prince, if you're white it's racist. If you're black it isn't.

Stop removing the statues!

White House Chief of Staff John Kelly appeared with Laura Ingraham last night and in that discussion, John Kelly, who is a general, says to Laura that he thinks removing all of the statues and the historical plaques and memorials is crazy.

"History is history and there's certain things in history that were not so good and other things that were very, very good. I think, I think we make a mistake though and as a society and certainly as individuals when we take what is today accepted as right and wrong and go back 100, 200, 300 years or more and say what those people... you know, what Christopher Columbus did was wrong, you know, 500 years later. It's inconceivable to me that you would take what we think now and apply it back then. I think it's just very, very dangerous and it shows you how much of a lack of appreciation of history and what history is."

OK, and he went on to say that the Civil War began because of a lack of compromise between the north and the south. And now he's a racist. Then this guy Coats, who makes a living writing books about white supremacy and how bad the country is and how whites are persecuting everybody, blacks included, he's after Kelly.

MAIL TIME!

  • "Excellent explanation of the entire Manafort mess, Bill. I didn't quite understand it until you told me what was going on. You simplified it and now I understand. Unbelievable."

Well, that's what we do here. Cut through the fog, tell you the truth. And that's why this is such a successful enterprise.

  • "Bill, just wanted to say tonight's broadcast was absolutely captivating. You're spot on analysis of the news is why I am a Premium Member. Good. I want to put you there, Dana. And I'll be in the studio again on Thursday. Tomorrow will be another home thing. I like both forums. I like both forums. We're doing well on both. But I think a good mix up and we're starting to put the pedal to the metal for the website.
