Christine Blasey Ford’s Ex-Boyfriend Says She Helped Friend Prep for Potential Polygraph
In a written declaration released Tuesday and obtained by Fox News, an ex-boyfriend of Christine Blasey Ford directly contradicts her testimony under oath last week that she had never helped anyone prepare for a polygraph examination.

The former boyfriend, whose name was redacted in the declaration, also said Ford neither mentioned Kavanaugh nor mentioned she was a victim of sexual misconduct during the time they were dating from about 1992 to 1998. The former boyfriend said he saw Ford going to great lengths to help a woman, Monica McLean, whom he believed was her "life-long best friend" prepare for a potential polygraph test. He added that the woman, Monica McLean, had been interviewing for jobs with the FBI and U.S. Attorney's office.

Under questioning from experienced sex-crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell last week, Ford said that she had "never" had "any discussions with anyone ... on how to take a polygraph" or "given any tips or advice to anyone who was looking to take a polygraph test."

Dr. Ford repeatedly said the process of taking her own polygraph in August was stressful and uncomfortable, although she testified she could not remember if she took the test on the same day as her grandmother's funeral, or the next day.

In his declaration, the ex-boyfriend wrote that, "I witnessed Dr. Ford help [Monica L.] McLean prepare for a potential polygraph exam" and that Ford had "explained in detail what to expect, how polygraphs worked and helped [her] become familiar and less nervous about the exam," using her background in psychology.

McLean's name appeared on a list of Ford's former high school classmates who signed a letter of support for Ford last month.

A friend of Christine Blasey Ford issued a statement on Wednesday denying she was ever coached on how to take a polygraph, after Ford’s ex-boyfriend claimed otherwise in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Monica McLean, a retired FBI agent and friend of Ford’s issued the following statement to news outlets: “I have NEVER had Christine Blasey Ford, or anybody else, prepare me, or provide any other type of assistance whatsoever in connection with any polygraph exam I have taken at anytime.”

Trump Mocks Ford at Rally
On Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at a Trump rally in Southaven, Mississippi, Trump imitated Dr. Christine Blasey Ford during her testimony, mocking her for not knowing the answers to questions such as how she had gotten to the high school party where she says Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her.

"I had one beer. Well, do you think it was -- nope, it was one beer," Trump said, mimicking Ford's testimony last week to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

"How did you get home? I don't remember. How'd you get there? I don't remember. Where is the place? I don't remember. How many years ago was it? I don't know."

"I don't know. I don't know," the President continued. "What neighborhood was it in? I don't know. Where's the house? I don't know. Upstairs, downstairs -- where was it? I don't know -- but I had one beer. That's the only thing I remember."

"Think of your son. Think of your husband," Trump told the rally, noting he has had "many false allegations" against him.

Flake, Collins Criticize Trump for Mocking Kavanaugh Accuser at Political Rally
Two senators considered crucial to the confirmation prospects of Judge Brett Kavanaugh criticized President Trump on Wednesday for mocking the account of a woman who has accused his Supreme Court nominee of sexual assault decades ago.

“There’s no time and no place for remarks like that,” Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) said on NBC’s “Today” show. “To discuss something this sensitive at a political rally is just not right. It’s just not right. I wish he hadn’t done it. It’s kind of appalling.”

About two hours later, Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) also took exception to Trump’s remarks, telling reporters, “The president’s comments were just plain wrong.”

NYT: Trump Engaged in Suspect Tax Schemes as He Reaped Riches from His Father
An investigation by the New York Times released Oct. 2 said that Donald Trump received the equivalent today of at least $413 million from his father’s real estate empire. The New York Times found that “much of this money came to Mr. Trump through dubious tax schemes he participated in during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud.”

In all, the president’s parents transferred well over $1 billion in wealth to their children, which could have produced a tax bill of at least $550 million under the 55 percent tax rate on gifts and inheritances that was in place at the time. Helped by a variety of tax dodges, the Trumps paid $52.2 million, or about 5 percent, tax returns show. By age 3, he was earning $200,000 a year in today’s dollars from his father’s empire. He was a millionaire by age 8.

The New York Times documented 295 distinct streams of revenue Fred Trump created over five decades to channel wealth to his son.

The president declined requests over several weeks to comment for this article. A lawyer for President Trump, Charles J. Harder, provided a written statement. “There was no fraud or tax evasion by anyone. The facts upon which The Times bases its false allegations are extremely inaccurate,” he said. “President Trump had virtually no involvement whatsoever with these matters,” he continued, saying the president had delegated those tasks to relatives and tax professionals. “The affairs were handled by other Trump family members who were not experts themselves and therefore relied entirely upon the aforementioned licensed professionals to ensure full compliance with the law.”

The New York Times and Showtime:
Hours after the New York Times story was published, Showtime revealed that a camera crew had tracked the reporters throughout the investigation, which lasted over a year. It is called The Family Business: Trump and Taxes.

The Showtime documentary will air this Sunday, October 7th at 8:30 PM on Showtime.

Increased Crime by Mentally Ill Homeless Worries San Francisco North Beach Residents
Residents of San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood packed a community meeting on Monday October 1st, to voice their concerns about the concurrent increases of both homelessness and crime in the area.

Over the weekend, San Francisco police said a mentally ill homeless man viciously attacked a man walking in Washington Square Park with his young son. This attack was just one example in an uptick of violent incidents that have occurred in North Beach over the last six months.

“A huge uptick in crime and quality of life issues that have become frightening for a lot of people,” said Erica Sandberg, a San Francisco resident.

Reports of mentally ill homeless people committing a variety of crimes in San Francisco have increased in recent months. Some of these crimes include the homicide of a store clerk and the random stabbing of two people with scissors just down from the crooked section of Lombard Street.

When asked if the meeting gave her any confidence, China Halton said, “No, this is actually making me really angry. Because I hear nothing. And as someone who is in North Beach every day, on a very busy corner, I see no one. I see no authority managing any of it.”

Mail Time!
• Hi Bill! Been a long-time follower. Could the Judge file libel suits against others accusing him falsely. Whether it be the supposed victims, Senators, journalists etc...? Or is he a public figure which means anything goes? I think there are limits but not certain.

• Bill, do you think that some Democratic senators will cry that the FBI is now in tank for the Republicans? That would be hilarious.

• Mr. O’Reilly, I am grateful for your messages every day. They are helping me to remain sane. As you know we are in a major clash between good and evil. And I know you have seen in history that the evil side usually strikes first. The good side receives the hit but doesn't strike back immediately. Jesus said, "if you are struck on the right cheek then offer the other".
So, I think the Republicans are acting in a prudent manner. Anything they do must be lawful and moral. Then God will take care of the rest. Perhaps this suggestion will comfort you and all your listeners.
