Managing Your Premium Membership
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my Premium Membership?

No refunds are issued for monthly Premium Members that cancel. However, your membership will remain active until the last day of your billing cycle.

For yearly Premium Members:
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your billing cycle start date, your membership will cancel immediately and you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 90 days into your billing cycle, your membership will cancel immediately and you will receive a prorated refund.
  • If you cancel more than 90 days into your billing cycle and you are more than 30 days from your next renewal date, your membership will cancel immediately and you will not receive a refund.
  • If you are less than 30 days from your next renewal date, your membership will expire at the end of your billing cycle and will not renew. No refund will be issued.
