You can access all of your account preferences when you click the "Manage my preferences" link at the top right corner of any page:
- Order Status: Review your pending orders and previously shipped orders. If you do not see an order that you placed, then it was not successfully processed and it does not exist in our system.
- Manage Address Book: Keep track of your shipping and billing addresses here.
- Change Log In: Change your login email address or your password here.
- Member Profile: View and update your membership details, including your file download bandwidth preferences, your nickname used on the Message Boards, and more.
- Manage Credit Cards: Add, edit, and delete credit card information, and indicate which credit card we should bill for Premium Membership renewals.
- Change Site Fonts: Use this feature to change the size of the font displayed on the site.
- Shopping Cart: View the items you currently have in your shopping cart.
If you are a BillOReilly.com Premium Member, you will be able to access the following additional information:
- Podcasting URLs: Use the "Add to iTunes" button to automatically add a podcast to iTunes, or view your personalized podcasting URLs.
- Member Blocked List: View a list of the Premium Members you have blocked in the Message Boards.
- Membership Information: View the start and renewal dates for your Premium Membership.
- Cancel Premium Membership: Use this link to cancel your Premium Membership. Depending on when you cancel your membership, it may either:
- terminate immediately; if this is the case, you will be credited a pro-rated amount for any remaining membership time
- terminate at the end of the billing cycle

- Upgrade Membership: If you are a monthly Premium Member, use this link to upgrade to a yearly membership. The annual membership will be billed at the end of your monthly cycle, and our system will be updated to show your start and renewal date.
