Receive a free Bold and Fresh Tote bag with your purchase of Bold Fresh Piece of HumanityDon't miss an exclusive audio sneak peek of Bill's memoir, "A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity!" | In 1957, in the heart of the Eisenhower years, in the third grade classroom of Sister Mary Lurana in Saint Brigid's parochial school in Westbury, Long Island, was a mouthy, obstreperous kid by the name of William O'Reilly. Quite a handful he was, and so one day Sister Lurana bent over him in exasperation in response to some piece of mischief and told him to his face, "William, you are a bold fresh piece of humanity." Little did she know that she was, early in his career as a troublemaker, defining the essence of Bill O'Reilly and providing him with the title of his brash and entertaining issues-based memoir. | |
In his most intimate book yet, O'Reilly goes back in time to examine the people, places, and experiences that launched him on his journey from being a working-class kid to an immensely influential television personality and bestselling author. Readers will learn how his traditional outlook was formed in the crucible of his family, his neighborhood, his church, and his schools, and how his views on America's proper role in the world emerged from covering four wars on five continents over three-plus decades as a news correspondent. What will delight his many fans and surprise many others is the humor and self-deprecation with which he handles one of his core subjects: himself, and just how O'Reilly became O'Reilly. |

| I thoroughly enjoyed a "Bold Fresh Piece of Humsnity". I thoroughly agree with your thoughts of how our country should be run, and I would love to see it back to the basic principals of our Forefathers and the Constitution. The Freedom of Speech, The Freedpm of Fear, The Freedom of Worship and The Freedom of Want. I grew-up during the Great Depression and I still cherish what we had. I am now reading your book "The Culture Warrior" and enjoying it very much. Thank You Bill, for what you stand for. The Great American Way.

| Dear Bill:
I just finished reading "Bold Fresh Piece of Hunanity". My husband ordered the book for me. I loved it! It brought back memories of our son's days at Catholic school where we were often at the principal's office. Thanks so much for offering the book in large print. By the way, our son turn out great. | This book made me LOL! Bill and I have a lot in common and my life was much like his life until he went into the news business and I went into the insurance business. Clem would have been my friend too. Thanks for offering it in large print. Glenn Beck should take a lesson from that. I bought his lastest book but it is almost unreadable because of the small print and the bad background page after page. I loved "Bold Fresh" it will make you laugh out loud and cry like a baby. Thanks Bill. Bet I taught more kids to swim then you did.

The large print is excellent for her. Appreciate the truth and the fair and balanced exposure your show gives.
Thank You. |

| Dear Bill O'Reilly...
As an 82 year old WWII vet and father of nine, grandfather of 28 and great grandfather of 7 (have you guessed conservative and Catholic.) I can empathize with a lot.
I spent 30 years in international business in 75 different countries...learning 5 more languages... and when I returned home each trip
that "Welcome Home!" really got to me. Recent cataract surgery restored my vision so that I can read again. And the first book I chose was "Bold Fresh". I enjoyed
every minute of immersion and your autobiography! Makes me want more of your work. I watch you on TV every day...wouldn't miss it. Keep it up Bill!

| My husband and I are great fans of yours. We found your book delightful. I have laughed until I cried in some parts. We thoroughly enjoying your unbiased reporting. Especially as the Mother of two Marine Sgts. I have paid close attention especially when my youngest was in Afghanistan and Iraq. My husband seems to find it urgent to watch you and Glen Beck every night no matter how tired he is. By the way Glen Beck was hot and right on on 9/11/09. We are the parents of 5 ranging from 25 to 38, All pulling their own weight. A daughter in 3rd year law school who has earned her way. | The book was a good read. I am an old guy and enjoy the paperback and large print. I could relate to nearly all of your experiences, except I attended public school and was raised in a coal mining town in WV. Really enjoyed "Cultural Warrior" also. I am an avid "Factor" fan and relate to your passion at times, but think you keep in under control very well most of the times. Don't get weary, we need you. Being an educational administrator, i saw anew the tremendous impact our schools have on our children. I deeply appreciate all Bill O'Reilly and Fox are doing to help us try to get our country back on track. God Bless!!!

| We really enjoyed this book. It was well written and easy to read. It was from an era we were familiar with so it was also a trip down memory lane with all the different TV shows and music that was mentioned. Even though we are in the great-grandparent stage of our lives we enjoy the week-day evening show very much. Please keep bringing us a fair representation of the news. I ordered the American Patriot mugs. The mug is a bit heavy for my use, so I sent one of them to my son. We are all American patriots in my family and loved the mugs.
Thanks again for all you do. Since I am a woman of 81 years, I appreciate Bill more than he knows, and I tell everyone how happy I am to have his voice and input on TV. |

| Being the same age as Bill - the book brings back so many memoires of the times, the issues, the music, the college scene, etc. It amazes me that the stories he recalls from Catholic grammer school are so similiar to my own. However it is being read at the expense of everything else not getting done - it is so hard to put down! I definitely recommend it to everyone because it provides insight to Bill O'Reilly the man and his principles. |

Subsequently, I have yet to disagree with Bill's ideas and opinions relating to this country. The book gave me a closer, inside look at the Bold Fresh Guy and helps to actually "see" him as a true American...fair & balanced!

| Reading Bold Fresh makes me wish I was a friend of Bill O'Reilly's!! He's delightfully wicked, but doggegly principled. It truly made me realize that more of us need to stand up for what we believe and trust that it's the best we can do for ourselves, our families and our country. If we don't speak out against injustices, we are doomed. Thank you, Bill, for setting a wonderful example. Everyone should read this and try to measure up to Bill's bold freshness!! |

Were I a boy, not a Southerner, 2 years older, and Catholic, I would have though he was writing about me as far as his childhood was concerned. How delightful. It was fun, funny, and oh so natural.
My husband says that I have too much brash and he needs a paper bag to wear too often. I salute you, sir.
By the way, the lagniappe of the tote bag was a great touch. What a surprise to find the bumper sticker, "We say Christmas" when I thought you were out!

He has always been a crusader and fighter for right. never one to stay quiet about issues that matter, so Bill is certainly a kindred spirit. I'm glad I made the purchase. My only wish is that Bill could come to supper so the two of them could bloviate till they drop!

I decided that I had to have your new book and I am back among the readers now. It was a wonderful book and it made me feel like I was going through school and college again. I wish there were more of us that wouldn't be afraid to stand up and speak out on what we believe without being intimadated! I look forward to finishing your book and even though you were and still are a rascal you still have a heart for people and espically those who have been wronged. I appreciate your candid stories and tales of life in Levittown. There are lessons for all to be learned in your writtings, and there is vain of commonality in your background that many can identify with. I also appreciate the fact that you donate the proceeds of your internet sales to charity, a most noble gesture and great example for others to follow. Keep up the good work, and you will always have my support! |

I rabbit punched a guy once trying that with me and he went down crying. He never bothered me again and he never reported me to the Princiapal. Sooooooooo, I aprreciate your telling your accounts of your own bullies! Your book was just what a lot of us needed! Thanks! | 5-star rating. Your book was a gift from me to a rabid fan of yours - my 86-year-old wife! She, who literally devours a wide range of literature, found this to be among the most interesting ever read, and she fully intends a second reading. Remembering well the Great Depression, she could particularly relate to the problems of school and the struggle to simply just survive. She particularly got a kick out of the similarity of your parochial school experiences and those described by my Dad, who was a product of Cincinnati parochial schools in the early 19000s. So, guess who will be reading it next! |

You did it. It's in a small bookcase with all the other books I treasure including an antique copy of "Enoch Arden." So, you're in good company.
My parents died when I was very young so I had to "wise up" at an early age. I can assure you losing parents at a young age is not the worst thing that can
happen to a person. After all, I am fortunate to have some wonderful memories. "Bold, Fresh" brought back a lot of those.
My husband and I admire your tenacious grasp on what is right and wrong. Thank you for your tireless fight to keeps things straight.
Sincerely,
Constance Scott,

| Great book. Even though I cam from Japan, I can relate to many events of his time. It's a great mixture of humor, political view and morality. My husband who went to Catholic school would really enjoy this one. Thank you |

| If the people who criticize you would read your book, they would understand what you are all about. I have never disliked you, but your source of ferocity becomes more apparent.

| Dear Mr. O'Reilly,
Your "Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity" was awesome! I loved every page and couldn't put it down. I am an avid reader and your book is one of the best I've ever read. Although I did not attend the Catholic schools, it brought back so many great memories of growing up in the 50"s and 60"s. Your book also gives the folks who watch you every night great insight into your "pit bull" tenacity for truth and justice. Thanks for all you do.

| BILL, I LOVED THIS BOOK----IT TRANSPORTED ME BACK TO MY OWN LITTLE 4 CLASSROOM SCHOOL ( SAINT ATHANASIUS ) IN CARLUKE , SCOTLAND. I SMILED AND OUTRIGHT LAUGHED AT YOUR ANTICS AND AT THE ANTICS OF YOUR CHUMS---ESPECIALLY, THE YOUNG LAD WITH THE POLE FOR OPENING THE WINDOWS---POOR"WEE SISTER" SHE WAS PROBABLY NEVER QUITE THE SAME.
THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD I ACTUALLY HAD OLFACTORY HALLUCINATIONS, I COULD TASTE MY MOM'S HOMEMADE SOUPS SHE WOULD MAKE ON VERY COULD WINTER DAYS --AND I REMEMBERED THE DAYS WHEN THE GROUND WAS FROZEN SOLID---AND BRINGING IN THE WASH THAT HAD BEEN PUT OUT TO DRY-----EVERYTHING WAS SOLID AND COULD HAVE STOOD ON ITS OWN ---FRESH FACES, PLAYING "KICK THE CAN" NOSES RED AND FINGERS AND FEET NUMB, BUT NEVER WANTING TO GIVE UP PLAYING OUTSIDE.
YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL GIFT FOR TAKING YOUR READERS INSIDE YOUR STORY, THANK YOU, AND TO USE PROSE WRITTEN BY CHARLES DICKENS~~~~~~~~PLEASE SIR CAN I HAVE SOME MORE!!!!. MARY (SARASOTA, FLORIDA)
P.S, I AM QUITE FAMILIAR WITH DUNDERHEAD, BLATHERSKITE, ETC: |

| Definitely a five star book (more stars if possible). I laughed out loud reading various pages, such as your experience of checking out the nun's quarters. I identified with the chapter you encouraged us to skip about the ridiculous things. I am thankful that we have people such as you "looking out for us". You make America a better place to live. I thought your "gift" was TV but writing books has got to be up there with the best. I can't wait to read another one. Thanks for sharing your personal life with us. It made me feel really good.

| Having grown up and lived in East Meadow for most of my life, I really enjoyed and could relate to your book. I was married at St. Brigids Church in Westbury in 1956 where you attended school, so, much of your writings and humor fit right at home. One of my sons still lives in Levittown. It is now easy to see how you have become the "master bloviator" and thank God you have.
I watch or record your show every night and tune your radio show in during the day. Please continue to tell it like it is because there are so many people out there who just don't get it! |

| Bold Fresh was a Bold Fresh wonderful look back into my own growing up time. I grew up in the South but I related to you. I came from the working class. Like you I had to work my way through school and no time for all the rebellion and drugs. It was a waste of time, money and brain power. It was tough but I would not trade it. We had the best and only now can appreciate it. The future ahead scares the HELL out of me. This wonderful country is deteriorating from within. Time for ROME to burn again--enter Obama, Pelosis, Reid with the matches
Time to pray!!! |

| The book was very entertaining and enjoyable. It took me into Bill's life from early childhood and explained all of the accomplishments that he has made in his life. Coming from a middle class family, it was something I could relate to. |
