Trump on his Controversies and Clinton's Emails
Donald Trump in the No Spin Zone
Guest: Donald Trump
Donald Trump is facing some backlash after saying President Obama is the founder of ISIS.

Bolling asked Trump if it was true, as Hillary contended, that he was just repeating Vladimir Putin's talking points. Trump stood by his comments and said we never should have gone into Iraq, but once we were there, we never should have left the way we did and that's how ISIS came about. In his opinion, without President Obama, you wouldn't have this situation.

Bolling suggested it might have been more accurate to call Obama an enabler of ISIS. Trump pointed out that both Obama and Hillary have displayed bad judgment when it comes to ISIS.

Trump also weighed in on new emails showing the Clinton Foundation was working closely with Hillary Clinton's State Department. He contended that if it was anybody else, they'd have been in prison a long time ago and lamented the level of corruption.

Since some of the emails have taken so long to come out via FOIA request, Bolling wondered if we might see an October surprise.

During a speech, Hillary Clinton promised to build an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top. Trump responded that he is going to create jobs, lower taxes, and make it so that businesses don't leave the country.
Dana Perino Reacts to Trump Interview
Guest: Dana Perino
In regards to Clinton's economic plan, Bolling called the level of redistribution of wealth in it astounding.

Perino hypothesized that Clinton is trying to appease Bernie Sanders supporters with her free college plan and her opposition to trade.

When asked to comment on the Trump interview, Perino thought he missed an opportunity to break news, say something new, or put a punctuation on the day during his appearance on the Factor.

Bolling questioned why Trump doubled down on Obama and Clinton being the founders of ISIS. Perino agreed, and said it's the "founder" word that's getting Trump in trouble, yet he's digging his heels in on it.
Rand Paul on Clinton's Email Scandal
Guest: Senator Rand Paul
Senator Rand Paul recently said Hillary Clinton should be indicted and face a possible prison sentence, and he stuck by those words tonight on The Factor.

He said: "I'm a big believer in equal protection under the law...Soldiers know they can't take classified information and put it on their computer. I don't think it's fair to hold our soldiers to one standard and let Hillary Clinton do whatever she wants."

Bolling wanted to know why the FBI director didn't recommend her for indictment. Sen. Paul shared his personal theory that James Comey wanted to indict her and feels guilty that he didn't.

In conclusion, the Senator said the private email server showed Hillary Clinton thought her convenience was more important than national security and that's inexcusable and makes her not fit to serve as president.
New Problems for Hillary Clinton?
Guest: Rudy Giuliani
We asked Trump supporter Rudy Giuliani what he thinks of the new Clinton emails showing a relationship between State Department officials and the Clinton Foundation.

Giuliani reacted by saying the new emails prove quite clearly that the State Department was a funding operation for the Clinton Foundation, which should be investigated as a racketeering enterprise.

Bolling compared it to insider trading in the financial world.

Giuliani confirmed that pay-to-play and bribery were at play here, and he asserted there is enough evidence to warrant a full and complete racketeering investigation.
Downplaying ISIS?
Guest: Newt Gingrich
A damning report accuses U.S. Central Command of manipulating intelligence to downplay the ISIS threat.

Gingrich reminded viewers that you had 50 career analysts sign a letter that they'd been pressured to give false information to make ISIS appear weaker than it was. He said this fits into a pattern of the Obama administration lying at every level.

Bolling played devil's advocate and asked if it's possible Obama wasn't being told the truth either about the ISIS threat. Gingrich agreed that it's hard to know if this is being driven by the top or not.
Geraldo Responds to Trump, Gingrich, and Giuliani
Guest: Geraldo Rivera
Geraldo argued that Hillary Clinton's crimes were not crimes of intent, which explains why she wasn't indicted. He wondered why Republicans won't just swallow their pride, move on, and focus on something with more probative value like the Clinton Foundation shenanigans.

Bolling pointed out that Rand Paul says if WikiLeaks releases emails proving Hillary knew arms went to ISIS, she should go to prison.

Geraldo said we'll have to wait and see - if Julian Assange has information showing Hillary lied to Congress, he needs to put up or shut up.
