Professor Allan Lichtman’s “13 Keys to the White House” prediction model has correctly predicted the popular vote winner of every presidential election since 1984.  He made headlines last week when he revealed the “13 Keys” forecasted a Donald Trump victory over Hillary Clinton this year.
