My weekly column is about internet addiction and how destructive it is especially to younger Americans. We all know American society has been profoundly changed by the rise of the machines and there are some good things attached to them like instant access to information.

But overall iPhones and PC’s are no longer a convenience but a life necessity for millions of people. And that kind of compulsive distraction can hurt you.

After reading my column please think about this: are the devices harming the country? Certainly, President Trump uses Twitter to make strong political points, and the media uses cyberspace to spread it’s message as well.

Would we all be better off going back to beepers and pay phones? Superman is fortunate to miss the high tech age, he’d have nowhere to change.

Tonight on the No Spin News, we’ll analyze how the machines are directly affecting you even if you are not addicted. See you beginning at 7 eastern time.
