Say Something
August 11, 2020

I hate the bank. I was there the other day and the line was substantial. People were social distancing, but the line was still long.

There were only two tellers working, even though there was a line of 15 people. There was no urgency with the tellers at all.

I ended up speaking with the bank manager, who was no help. So, I took her card and will be calling the corporate office.

So here’s what I recommend - say something. If you’re a customer and you’re being abused, say something. It’s a matter of respect.

When you say something, you don’t have to be rude - simply let them know the situation. You can even recommend a way to help.

Keep that in mind the next time you’re out.
