I predict there’s going to be a fairly low turnout across the country. I think that because many Americans, perhaps most, are fed up with both parties.
They’re not getting what they want from either Republicans or the Democrats. I can’t back that up with hard data, but that’s my assessment.
The GOP is now fighting for its life in many Red States, including Nebraska. The reason is high prices and instability in Iran. It’s all about “affordability.”
A new poll from McLaughlin & Associates finds 61 percent of Americans say the US economy is getting worse.
32 percent think it’s improving. That is a colossally bad number.
Summing up, I don’t believe it’s going to be a high turnout. I do think both parties have big deficits. I believe they’re going to slug it out.
If the Iran situation is settled, the numbers will change very fast.
