JetBlue is lying about the situation and we will deal with them on Monday. But the FAA could hold any airline that abuses its customers accountable - and the federal agency will not, which emboldens the fraud.
Millions of Americans have had enough of airline chaos including this one. We are accumulating evidence that will be devastating.
