The real political game in Washington is largely hidden from the public, and that's much easier to do now that the press is ideological and generally corrupt.

The big story that the democrats and the liberal media are desperately trying to suppress is the legal dilemma of Hunter Biden.

There is no reasonable doubt that Joe Biden used his position as Vice President to help his son and brother amass millions from foreign businesses. All that remains is whether Hunter will be charged with federal crimes, thereby putting a negative spotlight on his father, the President of the United States.

Attorney General Merrick Garland does not want to prosecute this case because it's his boss who will suffer.  So far, Garland has used the apathetic press for cover. There is little media pressure to indict Hunter Biden.

On the other hand, there is intense scrutiny on President Trump concerning his actions on January 6.  Part of the reason the House Committee was created is to charge Trump with something, thereby obscuring any federal scandal surrounding Hunter and Joe.

That's the way Washington works: deny, obscure, accuse. Great system, right?
