Importance of Staying Active

Recently, I have been feeling more tired than usual – even though I’ve been getting plenty of sleep. 

So, I took a trip up to northern Maine this weekend, even though I had been tired.

I walked around Cadillac Mountain and Acadia National Park – it wasn’t strenuous exercise, but it got me invigorated and energized.   

So, if you’re getting enough sleep but are still tired, you have to get out in the world. Do some physical activity and breathe in some fresh air. 

A change of scenery helps you both mentally and physically – when I got home last night, I felt pretty good, I wasn’t tired. 

So, if you’re feeling sleepy and run down – get out there and do some exercise. You will feel completely energized.
