North Korea's top diplomat compared President Trump's comments during a speech to the United Nations General Assembly to the "sound of a dog barking."

"There is a saying that goes: 'Even when dogs bark, the parade goes on,'" North Korea's foreign minister, Ri Yong, told reporters late Wednesday at the U.N.'s headquarters in New York, USA Today reported.
