At 4 a.m. Afghan time, the President told the world that the United States and Afghanistan remain strong allies in the fight against the Taliban and terror in general.

Today marks the one year anniversary of bin Laden's death at the hands of U.S. Navy Seals and the President did a good thing by going into the war zone, showing the world that U.S. power is firmly intact.

Also his appearance there brings attention to the death of bin Laden and sends a message that America will not tolerate terrorist attacks. But perhaps most importantly the commander-in-chief rallied the troops.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: Time and again they have answered the call to serve in distant and dangerous places. In an age when so many institutions have come up short these Americans stood tall.

O'REILLY: And they have. U.S. and NATO forces have done an outstanding job in a God forsaken place.

But back home the President has ginned up a controversy over the death of bin Laden and here Mr. Obama has made a major mistake. It all begin with a political ad, "Which path would Mitt Romney have taken?" "Mitt Romney criticized Barack Obama for vowing to strike al-Qaeda targets inside Pakistan if necessary."

PRESIDENT OBAMA: I just recommend that everybody take a look at people's previous statements in terms of whether they thought it was appropriate to go into Pakistan and take out bin Laden.

O'REILLY: So, Mr. Obama implying that Mitt Romney might not have had the guts to kill bin Laden; pretty strong stuff that may be unfair. Here is what the Governor said on August 5th, 2007 when he answered the debate question about going into a foreign country to kill terrorists.

MITT ROMNEY: America always maintaining our options to do whatever we think is in our best interests of America. But we don't go out and say, ladies and gentlemen of Germany if ever there was a problem in your country we didn't think you're doing the right thing. We reserve the right to come in and get them out. We don't say those things we keep our options quiet.

O'REILLY: Now, I think fair-minded Americans know Romney's statement, it's a long way, a long way from saying, he would not go into another country to get bin Laden.

So the question then becomes, is Mr. Obama exploiting the death of bin Laden for political purposes? Only you can make that call. But I can say I think what the President has done is a huge campaign mistake. Last night on "The Factor", Senator John McCain was furious over the way Mr. Obama attacked Mr. Romney. Supporters of the President will see it differently of course but Independents might think what the President has done falls into the cheap shot category.

As we predicted, Nadya Suleiman, the Octomom, who was artificially inseminated and then gave birth to eight babies, has run out of money and is now being supported by the state of California.

Altogether, Ms. Suleiman has 14 children, and she could owe as much as $1 million. She's declared bankruptcy. She is an incredible "Pinhead", and this is a terrible situation for those children. And we hope the state is watching it very, very closely.
