The Factor continued with retired ICE special agent Claude Arnold. "This was mass hysteria," Arnold groused, "with people reporting what was not really happening. In fact, this was a fairly routine operation, the same kind that was carried out throughout the Obama administration. The coverage caused hysteria in these local communities. It's all politically motivated, they're trying to characterize the Trump administration as being heavy-handed."
