O'Reilly and Hannity began with a blistering critique of Joe Biden's celebratory Wednesday press conference, which O'Reilly described as yet another example of the 'Twilight Zone Presidency.'   The duo also scrutinized the inexorable push for electric cars and examined some critical elections around the country.  O'Reilly concluded with a prediction of which party will emerge with majorities in the House and Senate.
