Back From Europe
June 1, 2026
Back from Ireland and England. Things went fairly well. Ireland was a vacation in the south, we were based in the lively town of Killarney.

Éire is one of the prettiest countries on the planet, and the folks there are generally very nice.  Hard not to have a good time.

I have been to Ireland many times, and it is not generally a money-driven place.  But this time was a bit different. Money from tourists was aggressively sought by the locals because of the punishing cost of living. Gas in Ireland is around $9 a gallon; a pint of Guinness is approximately $8 US dollars.  Ireland uses the Euro, and cash goes quickly.  It’s all because of the Iran conflict.  Almost everyone is feeling it.

The aggressive pursuit of cash is eroding some Irish charm, no question.

In London, I was shooting a special for NewsNation on Muslim immigration into the UK.  It’s totally out of control, and violence is beginning to arise. Anti-semitism is now common.  The situation is far worse than in the USA.

On Monday, we will update all the big stories, so I hope you will join us for the No Spin News.
