Iran Nuclear Concerns
April 10, 2026
After my verbal shootout with Chris Cuomo on NewsNation, I have been investigating further the public stance of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). This outfit is based in Austria and is an offshoot of the UN. Its director, Rafael Grossi, is convinced Iran is close to developing a nuclear weapon.

Cuomo and millions of others are skeptical of that point of view, having lived through Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction calamity.  Many also believe President Trump does not tell the truth.

But the IAEA is not a political outfit and sees danger to the world.  It is not only concerned with enriched uranium but also with the possibility that an Iranian nuclear site might be bombed by the USA or Israel.

Says Mr. Gross: “The IAEA’s Incident and Emergency Center is in operation, with a dedicated team collecting information and assessing the situation while bearing in mind limitations in communications caused by the conflict.”

That sounds like the IAEA is on the case.

Finally, why would an international outfit raise the alarm if serious doubt existed? Why create urgency?

Skepticism can be smart.  But in this case, creating a fiction regarding Iranian nukes makes no sense at all.  It certainly isn’t helping President Trump.

Think about it.

Howie Mandel is our We’ll Do It LIVE! guest this weekend. Compelling interview.
