Eating Light This Summer

In the heat, I don’t like to eat heavy. I don’t like a lot of meat or bread. I like to feel nimble while walking the terror dog. 

Eating fruit is an easy way to eat light in the heat. It’s excellent for your body. The problem is that many people, including myself, are not big fruit people.

Fruit can sometimes be a little too sour, so I dip sour fruit into a small bowl of whipped cream. You don’t need a lot of cream, just enough to get the fruit down.

Vegetables are healthy, but you have to cook them up and season them – they are way too complicated for my skillset.  

Fruit is easy, you can just buy them in the store and go. So, eat as much fruit as possible this summer. You’ll lose weight and feel swell.
