Watching U. S. news in a foreign country, you can see why folks who don’t live in America may think the country is crazy.  For example, if you are unaware of the slant each TV news operation takes, you could not possibly process what’s going on.  You might think the USA is barely functioning and a completely crazy society.

One story which got little coverage this week caught my eye: Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi is reportedly having major trouble articulating her thoughts in public.  Mrs. Pelosi is 78 years old.  If the reports are true, and that’s a big if these days, that means the Democratic Party has a big problem on its hands.  The Congresswoman is the face of liberal politics in the House.  If she is deteriorating mentally, the Dems will have to take action.
