Poor Joe Biden.  Everyone, it seems, is after him.  It’s not easy being 76 years old and running for President.

 

Joe is a swamp creature who has prospered in Washington for 45 years.  The Delaware resident is affable but befuddled.  The times are changing quickly and Joe isn’t even close to keeping up.

 

Biden’s big advantage with the democrats is his association with Barack Obama.  As Vice President, Joe was a good soldier and knew “a big f’in deal” when he saw one.

 

But that was then.

 

Now, the democrats embrace open border policies, no due process, unfettered abortion, and varying degrees of socialism.  When did all that happen?  Well, the hard left was unleashed by Donald Trump’s victory.

 

Joe Biden was not unleashed.  That’s because the establishment follows rules of decorum, still.  The hard left despises decorum.

 

So Biden finds himself being mocked by republicans and radical democrats alike.  It’s enough to have someone utter the cliche “say it ain’t so, Joe.”
