Dealing with Bad Moods
September 2, 2020

When I’m in a bad mood, I have an edge to my personality – and that’s not fair to the people I’m around who don’t know I’m in a bad mood.

So, when I get into a bad mood, I’m up front about it and tell everyone. Telling people about my mood gives them a signal to be prepared. It’s smart to do this with a little humor mixed in.

I try not to get into bad moods because they don’t lead anywhere good – but it’s human nature.

Even my mother, who was a saint, got into bad moods. When she got into a bad mood, I would split and get right out of there.

So remember, if you’re in a bad mood, just tell everyone. It will only help you and everyone around you.
