Think About What You've Accomplished
September 3, 2020

I’ve had a lot of jobs. It all started when I was 10 years old – I was cutting lawns and shoveling snow in Levittown.

As I aged, I worked as a baby sitter, lifeguard, house painter, high school teacher, cab driver, and eventually, as you know, a news anchor.

Some jobs are good, some jobs aren’t. I’ve had to move all over the country for my journalism career. But that’s the beauty of America – you can move around. We have options.

So, over this weekend, think about all the old jobs you’ve had. Write them down and put the years next to them – it’s interesting to see what you’ve accomplished.

Hard work is the key to success, and it’s not emphasized enough. Enjoy your Labor Day Weekend.
