O'Reilly on Newsmax TV: The allegations against Judge Kavanaugh; Comments from Chris Cuomo
September 20, 2018

On this week's Talking Points Memo, O'Reilly asks if America will face a backlash against the allegation industry? The country is now engaged in the allegations that Dr. Christine Ford is bringing against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Last night on CNN, Chris Cuomo said that the presumption of innocence is something for the courts to decide. That remark is stunning and it's wrong. The founding fathers wanted to create a just society, but some people, such as Cuomo, don't see this as important. O'Reilly predicts that if Dr. Christine Ford does not testify on Monday, then Judge Kavanaugh will go through the Supreme Court Justice process and be confirmed. We're living in a time where the presumption of innocence needs to be upheld.
