Cable News ratings for Wednesday were soft, especially for younger Americans. Folks are depressed over the state of the union and it's tough to devote time to hear about how President Biden is mismanaging the country on a daily basis.

On Wednesday, Mr. Biden had nothing on his official schedule except a gay pride event. I wonder how gay that was now that the President has announced he's going to Saudi Arabia, where homosexuals are persecuted.

Anyway, this is a tough time for the news media which did everything it could to elect Biden and now he's a disaster. Working Americans are getting hurt and it's largely Joe Biden's fault,

The fact that the news industry will not admit its mistake erodes its falling credibility even further.

As an American journalist, I remain appalled by two things: the corruption of my industry, and the unbelievable incompetence of the Biden administration.

Don't like being repetitive and I have analyzed both situations in great detail. But I'll say this. The country is in a down cycle, most folks know it, but apparently don't want to watch it on TV.

Don't blame them.
