If you ever get to visit Asia, you will notice citizens starting their day outside with Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a very deliberate and slow moving exercise. It is designed to stretch your body. That is very important, especially when you get older.

Now, many people don’t have time to learn Tai Chi, including myself, so I bought a bar to stretch with. You can buy it at any fitness place.

I simply put the bar behind my neck and I can do all kinds of stretches. It’s not painful or hard - nothing like pushups. It is very effective and I do it 3 or 4 times a week.
