Ways to Eat Less Food

For health reasons, people should try to eat less food.  

If you can, don’t order a full entrée in a restaurant. Try ordering two appetizers instead. 

Recently I ordered some lobster bisque and baked clams appetizers – and it really worked. I wasn’t hungry after the clams. 

You need to understand the rhythm of your body. Don’t eat if you’re full - that’s the key. 

I was raised in a house where you had to clean your plate, but it’s not always healthy to clean your plate. 

Keep that in mind for your next meal.
