Ways to Cut Down on Whining

I’m an anti-whiner, but sometimes I do whine, especially when I am tired. 

So, what exactly is wrong with whining? Number one, it’s annoying – even if you’re whining to another whiner. It’s just not intelligent conversation.  

It’s a discipline. When you get tired, you feel it, so you have to stop it. If you’re home, close your eyes and calm down. Listen to music or take a 10 minute nap.

I don’t recommend drinking Red Bull or anything like that. Stuff like that is not good for you. Just calm it down yourself. 

So, close your eyes and that will revitalize you. This will all help cut down on the whining.
