I am sure you know people who are emotional and personalize conversations – It always comes back to their personal life. 

There is nothing wrong with personalizing conversations. It can be boring, but it’s natural. 

Talking about politics or religion with people like that is something that will never work out. 

These people tend to feel as if they are being attacked if you don’t think or believe the same way they do. 

I now divide people I know into categories of what I can or cannot talk to them about – it’s worth it. 

You simply don’t want to get into areas that are unpleasant to certain people. Keep that in mind.
