The decision to rescind President Obama's amnesty for about 800,000 young illegal immigrants is legally appropriate but the timing may hurt President Trump.
We'll get into the issue with Newt Gingrich in The No Spin News, but the broad strokes are these:

- With a six month delay on banishing DACA, Congress does have an opportunity to put forth a fair new law.
- But with Congress accomplishing little in the past nine months, vital legislation is backlogged, thus the timing is difficult on DACA.
