Quick Steps to Lose Weight

During this time of the year, I attend so many social events where I end up overeating. In the last couple weeks, I’ve noticed that I’ve gotten a little pudgy. 

So, now I have to try to get rid of this extra weight. I’m not a diet guy. I try to balance my meals and eat in moderation. I only eat two meals a day.

Whenever I am trying to lose weight, I normally skip some meals over the course of the week. It’s not that hard to do.

I drink a lot of water with lemon or lime, which fills me up in-between meals. I also chew gum if I start getting a sweet tooth. Doing this helps drop off extra weight fairly quick.  

I’m not a doctor, but I know it’s important to catch this rapid expansion of the waist line quickly. You can’t just let it go.
